Bentley’s Country Kennel

Welcome to Bentley’s Country Kennel! We’re committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for your dog while you’re away. Before booking a stay, please review the following Terms & Conditions that help ensure the best experience for both you and your pet.

1. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Bentley’s Country Kennel.

  • Overnight stays are priced at $50 per night for one dog or $75 per night for two dogs from the same household.

  • Payment is due upon drop-off unless otherwise arranged.

2. Drop-off & Pick-up Times

  • Drop Offs are between 3:00–5:00 PM

  • Pick Ups are from 9:00–11:00 AM

  • Drop Offs and Pick Ups are scheduled during the above times unless prior arrangements have been made. 

  • Late pickups may incur additional fees.

3. Health & Safety Requirements

To protect all guests in our care, your dog must:

  • Be up-to-date on core vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella).

  • Be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illness.

  • Not display aggressive behavior toward people or other animals.

If any issues are discovered during the stay, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense, as outlined in our Boarding Agreement Waiver.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged a fee.

5. Liability

While we treat every dog like family, Bentley’s Country Kennel is not liable for:

  • Illness, injury, or loss due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Pre-existing health conditions or behavioral issues

  • Any damage your dog causes while on the property

By boarding with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Boarding Agreement Waiver.

6. Use of Personal Information

We respect your privacy. Personal details collected through booking or communication will only be used for business purposes. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.

7. Agreement

By booking a stay at Bentley’s Country Kennel, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • You agree to the conditions outlined here and in our Boarding Waiver

  • You accept responsibility for your pet during their stay
